The tour includes all taxes, fees, handling charges, a cooler with beer and water, lunch, entrance to select locations, private guide and vehicle, use of snorkeling equipment, and private transportation from almost any location in Cozumel.
Meeting points vary based on your cruise port terminal but are typically at central locations like the entrance of Hooters at Punta Langosta Plaza, and we offer hotel, Airbnb, and ferry pick-ups as well.
A minimum of 2 participants is required for this private tour.
You can cancel up to 24 hours before the experience for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time or changes made less than 24 hours before will not be refunded.
If the tour is canceled due to poor weather, you will be offered a different date. If rescheduling is not possible, the amount paid will not be refunded.
The tour includes most necessities; however, souvenir photos and personal expenses, such as souvenirs or additional snacks, are not covered.
