Cancellation Policy

At Flamingos Tour, S.A., we understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending your planned excursion. Below, we detail our cancellation policies to ensure a fair experience for all our clients:

Cancellations by the Client:

  • Cancellation with more than [24] hours’ notice: A 100% refund of the amount paid will be issued.
  • Cancellation with less than [12] hours’ notice: No refunds will be made.

Cancellations by [Flamingos Tour]:

  • In the event of an excursion cancellation by [Flamingos Tour] due to unforeseen reasons (weather, operational issues, etc.), a new date will be scheduled according to the client’s availability.

No-Show Policy:

  • In case of a no-show without prior notice, no refunds will be made.

Reservation Modifications:

  • Reservation modifications (date, time, number of participants) can be made without additional charge, provided they are made at least [1] day in advance.

Cancellation Process:

  • Cancellations must be made through [Contact Method: flamingotourcozumel@gmail.com] with enough notice to allow us to reorganize our schedule and offer opportunities to other clients.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within [3 – 4 business days] after confirmation of the cancellation.

Exceptions:

  • Exceptions to these policies may be considered under extraordinary circumstances and at the discretion of [Flamingos Tour].

Additional Questions:

Can I book and pay upon arrival?
On our page, only 40% of the total tour amount will be charged to guarantee your spaces. The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon arrival or by credit card charge (credit card payments have a 6% tax). US dollars and Mexican pesos are widely accepted at Flamingos Tour.

Do I need to bring cash for my tour?
We always recommend bringing extra money for any additional items or services not included in your excursion.
